OUR MISSION
As a progressive rescue support organization, Felines of Chicago is committed to making a difference in the community. Our mission is to be a go to resource for rescues and fosters, as well as the general population to help build no kill communities. We are able to provide assistance to local rescues through our donation program, fundraising, foster recruitment program and by providing education and awareness to the community. Our programs include working with the community to sterilize stray, community and feral cats through TNR (Trap-Neuter-Return), educational workshops, medical sponsorship along with other support programs to help people to keep their cats or re-home them safely and responsibly.
Our educational mission is focused on educating fosters and the public on responsible pet ownership with the emphasis on spaying and neutering to reduce population.
